Biggest Concern Regarding Safety in Edmonton

October 11, 2011

Now that I have published my weekly blog for a few months, would you help me get a grip on why the alarm industry in Edmonton has such a bad reputation?  And more importantly, what would you like to get out of my blog “SafewithUlli”.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey by “SafewithUlli”.  Your feedback is important to me in how I can deliver stuff on security that is important to you.  This survey should only take a few minutes of your time.  Your answers will be completely anonymous.  Please click on the link below.

If you don’t have a security system, if your current system is not monitored or if you are not happy with your current security provider, call me for a free, no-obligation consultation.
You will be glad you did!

Sorry, to my previous message 25-30% of the time the police and/or the alarm companies CAN NOT contact any person to deal with the alarm

    • I completely agree with you Len, and thank you for the statistics. I personally try to educate my clients on how to use their alarm system responsibly and to let us know of any changes in contact information. It is also important to me to stay in touch with my client and verify that all contact information on file is up to date. I am also implementing a follow-up procedure where I want ot contact all keyholders personally as well to make sure they understand the alarm system and their responsibilties as well. Do you have any other suggestions? Kind Regards, Ulli.
